Adults: consume one rounded teaspoon daily with food.
Children 6 – 12 years: As directed by your Health Professional.
Add to fruit juice, yogurt or your favourite smoothie and mix well. For those people training heavily or needing extra nutrition then higher amounts can be consumed as desired.
