Jointace® contains nutrients, which may be beneficial in joint and cartilage health, such as omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fish oil is a rich source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), essential fatty acids which play an important role in the metabolism of prostaglandins. Research has been carried out into the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids taken in conjunction with Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), the most commonly used method of pain relief for joint discomfort, and found to be of benefit in joint discomfort. Since Jointace® is a 100% nutritional formulation, it can be taken alongside NSAIDs and other treatments if desired.

One or two capsules per day with your main meal. Swallow with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Two capsules per day are ideally recommended, especially during the first months of use.
