| Product Description |
Traditionally shaped knives with full tangs, which are made in Taylor's Eye Witness' Sheffield factory. The Carving Knife has been selected by BBC Good Food Magazine as their "Best Buy".
The epitome of timeless elegance. Sheffield choice plus knives are equally at home in the modern or traditional kitchen. The blades, made from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, are precision ground to provide excellent strength, flexibility and lasting sharpness. The handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the endstop preventing the knife from accidentally slipping. Each is secured with three solid brass rivets and hand finished by Sheffield craftsmen in the same tradition as they have been for generations.
