These knives are based on the original Kitchen Devil Knife and are still made in Taylor's Eye Witness' Sheffield factory - unlike present day Kitchen Devils! The knives are very sharp making cutting comfortable and effortless.
An invaluable addition to any kitchen. Made in Sheffield, the Sheffield Choice range of knives provide a comfortable, effortless cutting action. Blades are hollow ground from razor blade quality steel for optimum performance. The polypropylene handle, directly moulded on to the blade, has a ribbed area to provide a safe, secure grip. Sheffield Choice knives are guaranteed to be a trustworthy companion for many years to come.

"Eye Witness" Trade mark was first registered in 1838 and has since become synonymous with the finest cutlery. The inspiration for the choice of "Eye Witness" as a trade mark is believed to be Shakespeare's line in Henry 1V - "No eye hath seen better"
