| Product Description |
Vitamin C used by the body in maintaining healthy teeth, gums and bones. It also helps to build strong body cells and blood vessels and for healthy strong connective tissues.
Vitamin C is essential for growth and promotes absorption of iron.
Vitamin C is readily extracted by the body and must be replaced as it is neither stored nor produced by the body.
Nursing mothers, pregnant women, people on antibiotics or drugs and people who drink alcohol or smoke should have vitamin C.

Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoonful daily in 1/2 glass of water or fruit juice, preferably after meals. Add sugar if desired.
