The name Ruta is derived from the Greek meaning to ‘set free’ because the herb was so useful in so many diseases. Ruta grav. is a remedy for bruising of the lining of the bone with aching pains, rheumatism, injuries to tendons and sciatica.
It can be also good for eyestrain often caused by reading small print. Michelangelo believed along with other painters that it improved the eyesight.

| Direction / Advice: |
Press base twice to release two pillules into cap. Unscrew cap and without touching pillules tip them into mouth. Pillules to be sucked or chewed and taken between meals.
Adults and children: 2 pillules every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve.
