There are no edible food sources of glucosamine, so when our bodies fail to manufacture sufficient natural glucosamine, supplementation is useful to help maintain joint mobility. Lamberts® Glucosamine Sulphate has become one of the most popular brands with practitioners due to its high strength and low price. Made to pharmaceutical standards, two tablets per day provide a full 1,500mg of pure glucosamine sulphate (equivalent to 2000mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCl).
