A magnetic steel alloy is fused to the bottom of the extra thick pressure cast aluminium pan.
Unique design offers the optimum magnetic field, which transfers heat to the diamond reinforced non-stick interior cooking surface of the pan.
Using nano-technology, over 200,000 real diamond crystals are infused into the interior surface, creating the world’s strongest non-stick surface. Even the use of metal utensils or the high power of induction cooking won’t affect its durability.
Dishwasher safe and open safe up to 260 C (500 F)
Reinforced rims and perfectly flat, extra thick bottoms make for perfect contact with the cooking stovetop that will not wrap.
Excellent results on induction, ceramic, glass, halogen or electric stovetops, not recommended for gas ranges.

Technology
“In the 1980’, I was happy to see the development of the titanium ceramic non-stick surface, taking the cookware world by storm, due to the increase in its usage life and its ability for using metal utensils.
However, the hardness of Titanium is far below the hardness of real diamond crystals, which are the hardest material known to men. We have found the way, here at Swiss Diamond laboratory, to combine real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite, forming a virtually indestructible non-stick surface.
For this patented invention we have received The Gold Metal inventor’s award in Geneva. This technology is available only on cookware manufactured in Switzerland by Swiss Diamond” Mr. Hort Stefan, the inventor of the diamond coating.
