Vitamin E is found naturally in plant seed oils, cereals, leafy greens, wholemeal bread and egg yolks. The natural form of Vitamin E is D-Alpha Tocopherol, although there are several synthetic versions. Unlike some other supplements, vertese™ Natural Vitamin E 400iu supplements only use Natural Vitamin E, which is approximately twice as effective as synthetic Vitamin E (sometimes called DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate).
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. It plays an important role in the body, along side Vitamin C, to protect against potentially harmful free radicals which can damage healthy cell membranes. It also helps to maintain healthy skin, which is why it is sometimes found in suntan lotions and moisturisers.

Vertese™ is....?
A range of vitamin and mineral food supplements that contain absolutely NO gelatin.
