BHM Health Group home is a 45,000 sq ft factory in Bridlington which was opened in 2002. Within this dedicated state of the art facility the company operates to the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. Every room in the manufacturing suites has temperature, humidity and dust control with air filtered and changed on a regular basis.
A comprehensive range of operations including tabletting, hard shell encapsulation, blending, liquid mixing, tablet coating, solvent extraction, solvent recovery, liquid filling, tablet and capsule packing, blistering and labelling enable BHM Health Group to be virtually self sufficient in all aspects of the nutritional supplement business.
This level of manufacturing excellence has been recognised by the British Retail Consortium which has awarded the site Gold Standard, one of the highest internationally recognised standards that a UK company can achieve. This recognition offers reassurance to customers that all operations are performed to the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice in place within the pharmaceutical industry.
In addition a separate organic production area, approved by the Soil Association of Great Britain enables organic herbs and tinctures, along with a wide range of organic liquid formulations to be manufactured on site.
A 25,000 sq.ft. warehouse stocking in excess of £1m of finished products enables the operation to service customer requirements effectively and efficiently. The standard of excellence operated within the warehouse has been recognised by the UK Medicines Inspectorate which has granted a Wholesaler Dealers License to BHM Health Group for the storage and distribution of finished products.
